Your a joke

Asked for a Handicap room for my FT Wheelchair bound husband booked the room threw you guys said it had a roll in shower and we were NOT put in a handicap room was told they DONT have roll in showers when online said they did it was a bad experience once again with my handicap husband I deal with this all the time with you guys I don't know why I continue to deal with you!!!!

Our 2 day stay

The staff was great. I have a few complaints. I was charged a 100.00 deposit fee when I checked into the hotel and didn’t realize it till the next . Our last morning at our room there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Those are my only main complaints. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room wasn’t very clean. I found a chicken tender, earrings, and candy just laying on the floor. The shower handle kept coming off and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The pillows and bed were not comfortable.

I booked the room especially because it had a pool. I could have stayed much closer to our family party but thought the pool would be great for our 4yo son. It was not open no notice of that and the coffee machine in lobby was broken. My door room 206 would not lock and was told sorry there are no other rooms to move you to. In the morning we were planning on having breakfast brought up to our large suite but I saw a roach crawling on the wall and no longer wanted to eat there. I had 2 rooms there and planned to enjoy the amenities but there were none

I would give it zero Stars if I could. Have you ever heard the saying quote you can't put lipstick on a pig? That's this hotel. They tried to pawn themselves off as new and modern but the building is 50 some years old and it shows. AC didn't work, there was no cold water, I mean when you turned on the cold water nothing came out of the faucet.... It smelled musty, the carpet was coming up in multiple places, just unbelievably bad..

Overnight stay while traveling

Even though hallways needed upgrades and cleaning, the room was newly renovated, comfortable, clean and quiet. Will book again in future.

The property is very dirty there was mold in the bathroom of all three rooms we rented the door handle was broken on one of the rooms there was a rat poison or some sort of white powder substance all over one of the rooms when the door handle was brought up to a staff they just chuckled and asked how the guy got out would not recommend this property only stayed there because it was close to our job

I booked for an creek view room with balcony and wasn’t giving the room in which i had booked for. The room door took for ever to read the room key for us to get into the room. That was super annoying. We ended up getting 4 sets of keys.
