Lovely hotel, in easy reach of the main part of Chamonix and cable car etc. Fantastic views of Mont Blanc from both our room and the pool, which was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice of different foods.

The hotel has some nice differences compared to other hotels. Firstly, the interior decor is very cool, with obvious links to alpinism and mountains, combined with classy chic furnishings and decor. Second, the food is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic, the sheer choice is wonderful, catering for anything you may wish for. Thirdly, the evening entertainment was not expected but very good indeed, the cabaret dancers put on a great show, very classy and professional. We will 100% return.

The hotel is great but I stayed during the month of September and everything was pretty much closed. This hotel is ideal for high season so you can enjoy all the amenities. My room was a suite and it was very outdated and needed of repairs. The housekeeping in the morning are very loud and don’t respect people that prefers to stay in bed late.

The property has a great breakfast and wonderful pool. Unfortunately, they lack in room size, customer service, and regulating late night noise from the bar patrons. I would have been fine without ac and simply keeping the window open but the unregulated noise from bar patrons outside the hotel at 2-4 am frequently disrupted sleep in my short stay. Would look at other accommodations in the future.

This hotel is loud at night, so prepare for that. I know guests stay here for the entertainment and the party but if you are here for sleep at the end of your active day, it will be interrupted. The balcony rooms have magnificent views but they are mostly front facing and over the patio and bar where guests and patrons were up past 4am and kept us up 2 of the three nights we stayed. This hotel is very centrally located and has great amenities and comfortable accommodations, but nights on hotel grounds are noisey even with room windows closed, so considered yourself warned.

This hotel was perfect. I had planned to hike the tour de Mont Blanc but injured myself. The hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk to the main street in Chamonix or access trail heads close by. I definitely enjoyed the pool with its amazing views of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. You get a Mountain View from every room in this hotel. I went in early September so the days were pretty warm, but the evenings were cool and you just could leave your windows open all day and night and it was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first trip out of the United States and I found the entire area of Chamonix and surrounding areas, it was easy to communicate with others because everyone spoke English. There are so many great restaurants and cafés and pastry shops all in the area as well. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

Perfect hotel for traveling with kids. Pool, trampoline and kids playroom. Only missing is ac (we even had a bedroom for the kids where you couldn’t open the window. The rooms didn’t have a small refrigerator witch would have been useful.
