"Unfortunately there’s a problem with the air conditioning but we weren’t told about it until 10pm that night. I first phoned reception at 4pm and I also went down to speak to them; nobody was able to help us or even give us a fan for our room. Disappointed. "

She arranged a drive for us and helped us Loy Kratong. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.
