Nice motel - clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the lady that checked us in - not pleasant at all, in fact, rather rude. Front desk personnel should remember that they make the first impression, and should make guests feel welcome, not like they are an inconvenience.

It was clean and comfortable. Fit our needs and was a reasonable price. Only thing I would recommend is that the shower head needs a good descaling. It is nothing fancy but a comfortable place to sleep and recharge.

I like how clean the rooms were. Water was nice and hot just didnt last long but thats okay. The only complaint would be it had a bad mildew smell.

The TV and the coffee pot didn’t work. Overall the room was clean. Breakfast was a joke. Not much choice and what was there didn’t look fresh. We went next door to a big restaurant for breakfast. Would highly recommend that place😃

Everything was fine. However you need to change, on the listing, the continental breakfast. They do not serve any breakfast. The front desk person said they have not served it since the pandemic.

The property is in a good location if you are doing things in Arthur. Getting in and out of the property was easy. It advertises that check in was at 3:00. We got there at 2:50. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour. We tried to get into our room at 4:15 and they were still cleaning it. Not sure what time they finished because we decided to go to an early dinner to kill time. The room was just okay clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioner worked great and kept us comfortable.
