Unsafe and unacceptable. My daughter cut her foot on glass in the room, and there were pills left on the floor. Clearly not cleaned properly. Management was dismissive and told me to go through Expedia instead of taking responsibility. Would not recommend.

The front counter person did not welcome us. He just asked for our last name. I gave him my credentials and he gave me keys to the room and then said the elevator was out. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended ...
