"Everything is good, except there is a cockroach in my bathroom."

"The staff was very helpful and nice however, the bathtub had a slow drain and the bathroom floor had a dried up contact lens on the floor. There was only one trash can in the room and you could visibly see stains on the couch, and carpet in the room… even an oil spot on the comforter. I still gave it 4 stars instead of 3 because those were all things that could be fixed. "

"Two key points while my stay. 1. Room was smelling due to carpet i guess. Bryan was nice to change the room. But still carpet need to be replaced. Its too dirty. 2. We stayed two nights ( wed and thurss) and buffet breakfast was same . Both days scrambled eggs, meat was changed. 3. Staff us professional 4. At around 3:30am both days room service phone was ringing. Wiered."

"Parking lot was not secure at all, and was full of damaged property. The floor on the elevator was broken, along with some of the buttons in the elevator. The entire hotel stunk. Carpet everywhere was dirty and dingey. Vanity lights would NOT turn off, so I had to unscrew the bulbs. Roaches. Found a "pipe" in the drawer underneath the TV. Literally checked out early to book into another hotel nearby. I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, especially this scathing, but this place genuinely kind of needs to be condemned at this point. I will say, the staff that I did interact with was nice and polite. None of the above is likely their fault. But the owners of this place need to be held accountable."

"Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. "

"Everything was durty, when we got to our rooms, bed had blood stains in it, same as the floor, seems like they havent washed the carpet in decades, I asked to be chaged of room, didnt make any difference because it was the same story, roaches in the bathroom, open patches in the walls. Just a terrible experience, on top of that they asked for DEPOSIT, not sure for what, that building is crumbling bybthe minute."

"I stay there 2 nights no one check the room to clean it and i call them to do it no one show up they just need to focus on that thank you "

"Disgusting I never stayed I checked out and left immediately after seeing the condition of the hotel room . It’s not sanitary at all and you could hear every foot step and people talking from the other side . I would highly recommend not booking definitely run !"

"I can’t answer on hotel. We had to change the date by three days They would not change our date. Even when I offered for them to keep the full amount since Sunday less. Literally two hours after booking. "
