"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ITC Royal Bengal from April 14 - 25, 2024. It was a very positive experience. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I stayed at the Tower room on the 57th floor. The room is spacious and very well maintained with all the facilities to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I used the dining services for breakfast and dinner at the Grand Market Pavilion, as well as the Darjeeling Lounge. There are a huge number of menu options available and both the quality and taste of food are great. The dining room staff are very attentive and friendly. From the moment of being greeted into dining until the end of the meal, every staff member went out of their way to make sure that I was eating well. While I can mention Neha, Islam, Tanmoy, and Tania among others (since I can remember their names), everyone was truly very caring to my needs. The gym is very well-equipped for different types of workouts like weights, cardio, or yoga and it was nice to interact with Soumen over there. Please keep up the good work. I look forward to returning in the future."

"This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The communication from the staff was so swift and efficient with Mr Adnan Asaz responding to my emails a few weeks prior to our visit with astonishing alacrity. A pick-up from the airport was waiting for us on arrival in Kolkata and on reaching the hotel many of the staff were there to great us including general manager Natasha. What a friendly hotel!"

I was traveling from Canada my day started in the afternoon with my situation they were respectful with that Yasmin & Raju..hope I said or remembered the name correctly…apologies if I didn’t. Kava breakfast was pretty good since, I was a solo traveler I use to chill…the staffs were nice enough to me & gave me my space at the same time. Subhajit took care of a special dinner really appreciate the thoughtfulness, Pappu for the best tea every morning, Mr Khan, two females at the reception with a warm smile. Second time long stay they have maintained their service. Thank you!"
