Everything!! Amazing staff, clean rooms and amazing food. Excellent management and Rajat front desk manager was unreal … I had a few health issues and was prescribed a medication which I would have to go to the pharmacy to get .. he was amazing got their concierge to go get me medication and told me to relax. I would def go stay there again as they seem to really care about their guests! Clean rooms, awesome staff, great food and walking distance to all the shops in sector 17.

Family stay at Taj Chandigarh

Excellent service , starting with checkin, and offering support with small things that makes a great difference. Great central location , wide variety of food offerings and personalised hospitality. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition. All staff were nice- I would like to specially mention duty manager Rahul and Rupsha in hospitality for going out of their way to make our stay special.

The staff was helpful and polite. The wait staff in the hotel restaurant were very attentive and charming. Music with evening meal was great. Only complaint was the strong perfume/chemical smell in the lobby. Maybe cultural bias, but rather suffocating.

Fully enjoyed my stay for one night at Taj Chandigarh. Hotel was very clean and a nice size room. The breakfast buffet was superb, and I was good for the rest of the day after that. Excellent customer service

This was the first time I stayed at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. I would like to make a special mention for Ms. Debashree in Housekeeping and Mr. Askash at the front desk whose helpfulness and customer service made a real difference and my stay memorable.
