"Excellent service. Cleaning daily, providing clean towels and clean cups and beds made. Excellent helpful service by reception- our request of twin single beds were granted and actually upgraded to twin double bed when the receptionist saw that my mum is old. When my plane was delayed for another day, the staff was helpful to extend the stay in the same room even though someone supposed to book the same room that day. Iron and ironing board provided would be helpful, rather than we have to ask for it. Initially i even brought my clothes to relatives ' house to iron because i didnt know it is available on request. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊"

"A lovely stay. We arrived late at night after flying in and staff were very helpful. We were able to get an extra hour late check-out as we arrived at 1am. Was helpful to have the fridge and microwave."
