Semplice, ma funzionale!

Io ed il mio ragazzo, abbiamo trascorso 15gg ad Agosto presso questo hotel, gli appartamenti sono molto semplici, ma hanno tutto ciò che serve, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto il propietario ed il fattore per il quale l'abbiamo scelto, era la vicinanza alle spiagge più belle della provincia di Chania e così è stato!! Una vacanza stupenda!!!

Albergo a pochi km dalla città

Ho passato in questo hotel un totale di 15 notti. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato affabile e cortese, sempre disponibile e presente. Mi sono state consegnate immediatamente le chiavi dell'appartamento e ho potuto tranquillamente tenerle fino alla fine del soggiorno, nessuna cauzione o difficoltà, biancheria da bagno e da letto fornita dall'hotel, aria condizionata compresa nel prezzo e wi-fi gratuita nella hall. Ottima la soluzione apart-hotel adottata dalla struttura: si soggiorna in un appartamento con angolo cottura autonomo ma la camera viene rifatta ogni giorno dal personale dell'hotel, asciugamani cambiati ogni 3 giorni, lavaggio stoviglie giornaliero.

l albergo non è proprio confortevole

personale dell albergo praticamente quasi assente.presente il proprietario,ma alquanto sgodevole.il cocktel di benvenuto non c era.la camera abbastanza spaziosa ma molto calda.il bagno e la doccia nn prorio funzionali.l unica cosa positiva che si trova in una zona tranquilla,e a 2 passi dall imbocco della national road.

Albergo carinissimo e ottima posizione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è carinissima di fronte al mare e con una bella piscina. Gli appartamentini sono carini,l'arredamento molto semplice ma sempre pulito. L'angolo cottura è veramente molto piccolo ma con i prezzi dei ristoranti conviene di piu mangiare fuori. Wifi gratuito dalla reception e la disponibilità del proprietario è fantastica,per qualsiasi esigenza ci ha aiutati consigliandoci i migliori ristoranti tipici. Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore torneremo sicuramente!

Hôtel face à la mer

Superbe destination, organisation vol hôtel location de voiture parfaite aucun problème. possibilité de prendre une assurance pour la voiture de 70€ pour éviter la caution de 500€. (la voiture est pratique pour pouvoir visiter) Très beaux paysages, avec une mer turquoise. Quelques plages à faire comme elafonisi, fanassorna, matala (plusieurs orthographes possibles pour les villes attention.) Il fait très chaud ... État d 'esprit des crétois très détendu. Petit bémol sur les sites archéologiques qui sont payants mais pas très chers mais aucune ou très peu d informations historiques. tres beau pays que je conseille!

EVITATELO ASSOLUTAMENTE

Arriviamo nel primo pomeriggio, io e mia moglie, e non troviamo nessuno. Un signore in piscina, impietosito, telefona al titolare che arriva dopo mezz'ora dandoci le chiavi di una camera a piano terra sulla piscina. Camera lurida, lenzuola ( l'unica cosa pulita) bucate, materassi scassati con molle cigolanti, tre appendini spaiati nell'armadio, motore del condizionatore sul balconcino che rende impossibile starci per il flusso dell'aria calda che emette e mobili degli anni 50 ma anch'essi sporchi. Anche la pavimentazione della piscina è lurida, probabilmente ripulita qualche decennio prima. Il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola avviene saltuariamente. lasciamo la stanza cinque giorni per visitare il sud di Creta e ritroviamo gli asciugamani per terra come li avevamo lasciati, vengono cambiati ma solo su nostra richiesta. La pulizia della camera ( quelle due o tre volte che l'hanno fatta nei nostri 15 giorni di infelice soggiorno) consisteva unicamente nel ripiegamento del lenzuolo e nell'aggiunta della carta igienica. Alla reception si trovava qualcuno solo per un paio di ore al giorno ed era l'unica persona presente in tutto l'albergo. Dalle foto postate su internet sembra decente e questo ci aveva illuso, in realtà i muri sono scrostati ed ammuffiti in molti punti e l'unica cosa decente sono gli infissi.E' la prima volta, dopo molti viaggi, che una struttura affiliata ad Expedia ci delude così profondamente.

Pænt lejligheds kompleks

Et pænt lejligheds kompleks der dog bærer præg af en vis manglende vedligeholdelse. Bus stoppested med god forbindelse til Chania eller til de bedre badestrande, lige uden for hotellet- Det er en rigtig god ide at tjekke bustider m.m. da der ikke forefindes buslinier eller køreplaner ved stoppesteder. Marianthi appartments ligger ud til en stærkt trafikeret vej. Gående og specielt familier med børn kan have vanskeligt ved at færdes, idet fortorvene mange steder er meget smalle, kantsten meget høje - og man derfor er nød til at krydse vejen flere gange. Indkøbsmuligheder tæt ved hotellet.

Ikke langt fra stranden og restauranter.

Udemærket oplevelse af hotel. Der blev gjort rent ofte, og lå i gå afstand til mange ting, med mange muligheder for at leje diverse ting. Busstoppestedet lå 50 meter fra hotellet, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme ind til Chania.

Forse con un minimo di cura in più

Posto auto davanti all'albergo, ok. Al nostro arrivo il gestore ci fa vedere la stanza e troviamo piatti sporchi nel lavello, il gestore si scusa e risolve. Nel bagno con doccia a due ante, una non c'era, niente tappeto, niente sapone e bagno doccia. Siamo rimasti sette giorni e hanno effettuato un solo cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. La pulizia veniva fatta tutti i giorni. Piccola piscina sul retro, priva di doccia, sporchi gran parte dei lettini, il bordo piscina e vialetto di accesso. Wi-fi gratuita ma accessibile solo nella zona reception. La cosa che più mi ha infastidito è stato quando ci hanno bussato alla porta per le pulizie alle 16,30 mentre stavamo riposando dopo che camera era rimasta libera dalle 9,30 alle 15,00. La struttura ha una sua potenzialità ma è nel suo insieme è poco curata.
