"Not to happy that we had to pay for parking and share a parking lot with Texas Road House. The air conditioner constantly shut off when we were gone so when we came back to the room after sitting at a baseball field for 5 hours in 80 degree weather, it was hot in our room. Also it was hot in the actual hotel itself. There was a dip (soft spot) in the hallway of the 3rd floor. And every time you walked over it, it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. For the price that we paid, I was disappointed in the over all experience."

"There was a cockroach in our room. My friends in the room had a towel completely covered in someone's hair. The maid just folded it with clean towels. There was almost nothing for breakfast, as there were a lot of people. And there was nothing to eat. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the omelet to be brought. We didn't even have coffee, we had to ask. Usually we stay at this hotel and were satisfied, but this time something went wrong with them. I guess we'll have to change the hotel. And yes, I forgot to say that the pillows are terrible. It's impossible to sleep on them, they seem to be puffing up."
