"Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises. We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room. We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for. Great shower and rooms."

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
