"The condo is gorgeous, very clean and well stocked. One of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. We were not advised until check in day that pool was not usable. But would stay again in a heartbeat because of the comfort, beauty and amenities the condo provides."

"When you walk in, the grand staircase, Mexico style, presents a lush garden view as you ascend the stairs. The front desk, well versed in English, greets you warmly. The staff is friendly, well trained, and informative. You get a feeling they really care about your stay. They say, they are there to answer any of my needs. You are shown around your room, TV, Air-con, Fan, safe, how keys work for night closed doors and any other questions I can ask. "

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was huge. The bed was comfortable. Everything about our room and bathroom was clean. Our stay came with breakfast every morning. We had our choice of about six different breakfast entrées to choose from. We had a room with a view of the lake. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again."

"We had an excelllent two night stay. It’s a beautiful small hotel, centrally located, within a short walk to restaurants,shopping, and with a rooftop terrace that has an amazing view of the town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-decorated. The staff was great and super helpful. The owner Elizabeth introduced herself at the delicious complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch of hospitality. It was a perfect stay in Ajijic and I would highly recommend it to a friend! "
