Checkout horrível
A recepção do checkin foi atenciosa e prestativa porém no checkout na madrugada o atendente simplesmente estava lá para fazer volume.
Insinuou até que eu não tinha pago a estadia (sendo que paguei no aplicativo).
A moça do checkin falou que o hotel tinha contatos de taxi na madrugada para ir ao aeroporto, porém o atendente do checkout simplesmente não ajudou em nada para conseguir taxi.
Mau-educado e sem nenhuma condição de atender hóspede.
