"Beautiful hotel. Small rooms but that’s to be expected at a boutique hotel. Located on a dark and dirty alley/street, but otherwise conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is cozy. The best part is the location, close to a core station where you have access to multiple metro lines, very convenient to go to different sightseeing spots

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Terrass’ Hotel. Our room had a balcony with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower, which made mornings and evenings especially memorable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to offer assistance and recommendations.
The neighborhood around the hotel was one of our favorite parts of the stay—charming, lively, and full of great spots to explore. We also appreciated how easy it was to access the metro, making it simple to get around Paris and see all the major sights.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location with a welcoming atmosphere."
"Incredibly kind front desk and staff. Our plane landed at 6am and I had booked a driver to the hotel. The front desk let us store our bags while we explored and had our room ready an hour before the usual check in. The breakfast was great, choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, basket of croissants, pan au chocolat, bagette, applesauce, yogurt, choice of mini jams, cheese and meat tray. The staff was always kind and quick, breakfast room clean and bright, and our room was always clean. Unique design in every space even the hallway. Incredible location one block from Tuileries. Beds were comfortable, but I had asked for two separate beds and the two single mattresses were made up that way, but they were still in the same bed frame sharing a headboard. I was with my daughter so it wasn’t a problem. Loved the hotel, loved the location, and the price could not be beat."
"Receptionist lady was fantastic and friendly. She gave us free upgrade to wraparound balcony and view was amazing!! Thank you so much for your kindest.. "
"The staff was so professional and courteous. The accommodations were really comfortable and nice. It was really close to public transportation making it easy to get to touristy spots. "
