The room was excellent as we received an upgrade to the Loft, which was incredible. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, and certainly more space than I knew what to do with"

"The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings. The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix"
