"Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. "
"The property design itself is unique. It’s close to the main avenue, but still private. The staff was exemplary, everything about our stay was 10/10. Muchisima gracias! "
"Centrally located with lots of choices to shop and eat. A block away from The Port and plenty of taxis available.
The Staff was great and their breakfasts in the morning are incredible! WiFi was a little spotty but that’s the only thing I’d change. They even packed us little snack bags for our airport run!! "
"Very friendly environment, clean place. Safe area and just a few blocks away from restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast. I highly recommend to stay at the Suenos Silvestres ! "
"Hotel Coloma is in the Main Street with easy access to shops and Pier. Staff were friendly and the breakfast, fresh and delicious with your choice of eggs whatever way you want them.
We needed 1 night prior to cruise departing - this was perfect.

"The staff was nice and friendly. They were accommodating to our needs. They offered helpful suggestions to places and food locations nearby. Recommend coming here again."
"We had a great stay at Blu Galapagos. Loved the location and our room was perfect - Great view, well maintained and had a king bed. Even if the description says queen bed and the picture looks like a king, you can trust the picture. Morning breakfast with iguanas and seals, and all day Galapagos coffee availability made this stay special. "
"Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! "
"Great little room... walking distance from the tourist strip. Clean and comfortable. Manager was not on site when I arrived, and had to call her. The showers were pretty average and I had to request the hot water be put on. Air con worked really well. It's a budget style hostel/hotel. I'd stay there again, but with lower expectations."

"I stayed in the Wolf suite- BEST view on the island! It was dreamy… the restaurant smells were great and made me hungry… the restaurant itself,(not associated with the hotel) meh. The staff was friendly, but they want to make money off of you- so save your money and go into the town and book your own activities. You’ll save a ton of money. But I liked this place. Very accommodating. It was a little noisy- lots of birds in the rafters and lizards coming in and out… but I actually enjoyed them. I had ample hot water - the best shower! Definitely a suite for lovers although I didn’t have one with me- it left me wishing I did. "
"The rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi was a very nice surprise for us, the weather was a bit cold so we had a very good time there. It has a very convenient location you can walk to many places. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind. "

"The whole team did an amazing job, and special shout out to Andy who went above and beyond to provide the best service. Jonatan has an incredible team and they made this one of the best experiences even when things did not go as planned. They were able to accommodate as much as possible in a short period of time. Hotel and tour agency staff are top notch."
