"Very comfortable room. Came with robes which i prefer. Staff was great and spa was great. "

"The hotel was excellent. We booked a deluxe king room with city view. We believe that we were given a regular king room We tried multiple times to explain this to the staff but they said we had a city view (all the rooms do!) Our room looked just like the pictures for a regular king room. It did not look like a deluxe king either city view."

"I did not get to stat this facility. I was hospitalized. I just went back to the facility on Monday, April 24. I think it was to State that I had already paid for this hotel stay and that I was not there and that I needed a copy of the reservation number and she refused to give me any copy of a receipt or anything stating that I did not state it there at the hotel so the manager your own duty she said her name was Bree. I knew it wasn’t because I stayed there before and they were very nice and pleasant. I don’t know why this facility acted the way they acted because I did not stay at this facility and I was just wanting to let her know that and she was like well you go back to your and gave me the wrong one and I knew it was hotel.com cause that’s who I always booked group"

"The room was clean and had been revamped "recently". Bed was comfortable. Not a good area of town. Staff and frequent visitor ignored us to discuss drinking and getting stoned and other party activities. No ID required at check in. I would not stay here again."
