Very much a 5-Star Hotel. Every interaction we had with staff was stellar. I didn't get names besides in their Kings Club with Ashley & also with the manager Alana - both couldn't have provided better experiences.

The Nickel Hotel
This was a great location, I loved the suite style room with many amenties in the kitchenette. The Bar Daniel and roof top were fun and so convenient. The staff was amazing! Only recommendation is to have hand soap in the bathroom. Weird that it's missing and had to use the shower gel.
