Roaches all over
Roaches everywhere. The lady at front desk says they know it’s roaches and there is nothing they can do about it. Also if you need additional towels they charge 1.75. Homeless people was sleeping in hallways.

Bugs and weed not cool
Fits the wait for someone to the front desk was about 30 -45 minutes even with dining the bell . Then when confront front desk attendant states no it was not that long .. stair case smelled of weed and there where bugs in the bed room and bathroom .. when lights were turned on the bathroom bugs scattered everywhere not just a couple . The whole floor was covered and they climbed the walls .. a partial refund for the inconvenience would be greatly appreciated

Hotel did not look terrible when i was first booking it. Room smelled weird when we first got it, we found bugs the last day we left and heard a baby screaming all weekend because people were living there. Also the back door had a rock in it for easy access for people to go in and out which was very unsafe. Would not stay here again.

The AC did not work, was told by front desk it would not be serviced till Monday...I was leaving Sunday. It was a "non smoking" room that had been smoked in. Every surface, counters, tub, bathroom sink had cigarette burns.

Property was disgusting! Dead bugs everywhere, floors completely dirty, trash still in trash can from previous people, too much to list. I have to wait for over ten mins at the from due to there being no one working at the front desk, there was a sign that said use phone to call someone but the phone was broken. Overall disgusting place that has no employees. Will never go back again

Room was not as pictured. Booked two queens and got one double bed. Floor was dirty, you could see spots left from past tenants, laminate was not mopped. Hair left in sink, that also did not drain properly. Kitchen was completely empty, not even paper towels. One single trash can in entire room. Couch was peeling. TV did not work, kept saying "no signal". Hotel does not have elevator. Smelled like cigarettes had been smoked in the room previously, but they did have a plug to try and mask the smell. Payed way too much for what we received. But the front desk lady was always smiling when we saw her. Just don't stay here, spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

ABSOLUTE CRAP HOTEL!!
The security lock on the door was broken. The stove was in TERRIBLE shape. My feet kept sticking to the floor. There is no elevator. They should really tell you that in the description of the hotel. The pillows on the bed were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Glad I brought my own. This hotel is almost 200 a night. The owners should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

I did not get the room in the picture. I booked it last minute and got a queen bed. When I arrived, that option was not available, so they put me in the basement floor (they called it the first floor but it was the basement level with windows at ground level. I felt unsafe. It also had mold in the shower, baby roaches that I killed, mice droppings in the kitchen cabinet. I only had to stay one night so I put up with it. The linen and floor was clean. No bathroom cup. Only a tiny tiny soap squeeze tube. But for $86 can I complain? If I knew the condition before checking in at 9pm, I would have spent more money. I think they knew I'd take the cheap room because it was late and that was the only option, other than going to another hotel.

Nothing special about this property besides the location. We made a reservation a week in advance and were told no rooms were available for us when we arrived for check in. Front desk finally “found” us an available room then tried to make us pay for it instead of switching my payment to the new room. This location had kids playing in the stairwells and halls. I will not be returning to another Extended Stay property due to average rooms and poor customer service.

DONT WALK RUN FROM THIS PROPERTY. Where to start. Upon checkin in I could tell that this was an already made community living. People were gathered all outside around the property. All the windows to the rooms were clearly open and people hollering and shouting in and out of windows. First sign to run. After getting room information there is no elevator so it’s a walk up and down stairs. Having 3 kids and luggage made that very hard. When entering the room it smelled like it was just vacated the whole entire unit smelled liked old fish. The bathroom like old cleaning supplies. We opened every cabinet in the kitchen NOT ONE utensil bowl pan plate nor pot but it was a old crack pipe spoon in the cabinet how convenient. The windows née upgrade on has a draw screen blind that doesn’t close all the way on both sides. The blinds facing the road you can see right through from the inside or out. So our first stop was Walmart luckily it’s .6 miles from the hotel. Where we had to purchase everything from cleaning supplies to pots and pans and curtains and stick ups to hang. Now let’s talk about the sleep first night NO SLEEP. Family of 5. We were in the first floor the people above 102 walked all night the first night and even allowed their baby t run all over the floor that first night. The next day my husband couldn’t step outside without everyone asking to buy a cigarette. They allow pets on the property and no one cleans behind their pets. CRACK SPOT RUN NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY

I’ve stayed at an Extended Stay hotel before and was very pleased but this one was definitely not on my list to be a good choice. I had to be switched to a second room because the toilet in the first room was clogged up. Get to the second room and go to spray the bed down with Lysol and the sheets have looks like to be black dye spots all over the the fitted sheets. The front desk asked if I wanted more sheets or to be moved. At this point I was tired of moving luggage so I just got new sheets. But if the maid was doing their job they should have had common sense not to put those sheets on the bed cause of course no one would want to sleep on them. It seemed to be a hang out hotel because people played music all night long. Never again will I choose this particular hotel fir a trip.

Do not stay here
Bathroom sink handle broken. Other than that room in ok condition. Bed ok, not real plushy or comfortable. Hotel wreaked of pot. Pretty sure families were living there and they kept leaning rock to prop "secured" entrance door. So, no security there. We actually left and went and paid for another hotel. Oh not even ice machines! Will never go here again.

This place didn’t appear to be cleaned. I had to wipe areas down with bleach I bought. My linens/towels were stained. The tub,sink and stove was stained (brown stains) the microwave was disgusting and when I opened it a mosquito flew out which I had to kill by spray lysol

The room was ok, the window shade was broken, the phone didn'twotk, lots of noise from other guest throughout the night and the night staff was not useful.
