This is a newer property and located in a very nice area of Charlotte with lots of dining options available. Parking is easy and the rooms are well kept and quiet.

Bad nights sleep
Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly. The room itself was clean. Aside from that our stay was disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low for a hotel. The mattress felt worn and old. The pillows were very uncomfortable/flat. The worst part of the room was an incessant bright white flash from the smoke detector that would go off every 10 seconds; it was very disruptive when trying to sleep. There was no way for us to turn this flashing off. I hope in the future the hotel replaces these smoke detectors or finds a way to turn off the constant flashing.

A beautiful hotel that's well maintained. Staff were very nice, and we were able to walk across the street to Oak Steakhouse and have a wonderful meal. We loved the two fireplaces in the lobby.

Very nice hotel in a great area close to SouthPark mall & restaurants!! Staff was great. Negatives; we Had to pay to park & shower /bathroom could use updating. Overall a great stay!

The facility is very clean and amazingly quiet. Everything worked together for a very nice stay. One special note of interest that I want to mention is regarding the staff. I checked out and left something behind in the room. I figured that out a few hours later and called the front desk. The young lady that took my call ran to my room, found the items, and promptly got them down to the front desk where I retrieved them easily. That was very much appreciated.

Can't say enough about how kind and professional the staff were! The hotel room itself was fine and there were great amenities. It was handy to have the Bar 4808 on site after a long 13 hour workday to get a late bite to eat and an adult beverage. However, the staff were what made this stay impressive. Well done!
