This renter is untrustworthy and deceitful. Expect issues with your security deposit refund, as they refused to return it in a timely manner and charged you for it. The house was in poor condition, with glass in the carpet, glitter, dirty dishes, and a lack of toilet paper. Despite being informed that the dishwasher was broken, they provided no dish strainer or towels, explaining the wet dishes being pulled from the cabinets when we went to use them. The coffee cups and silverware were insufficient for the number of guests. The house lacked essential appliances like a toaster and oven mitts. The downstairs TV was temperamental, skipping channels and refusing to turn off without being unplugged. The heating and cooling systems were also unreliable, fluctuating between extreme warmth and cold. Big house but would probably not stay here again.
