"Loved that it had central air instead of an indoor unit like a lot of higher priced hotels. It kept the rooms at a steady temperature and didn’t fluctuate during the night which I loved. The bed didn’t hurt my back like most do too. I loved they gave you 5 pillows instead of 2 when staying in the family suite. The bathroom was very big and nice and just the overall set up of the suite was fantastic. I will be booking our 6 month appointments here every single time! The staff was super helpful as well because I couldn’t figure out the printer In the business room so she helped print it off for me. The night staff was very friendly and the morning staff. Absolutely would recommend and when you’re ready for breakfast it’s a 30 second walk to Bodo’s bagels which are FANTASTIC. I also love that the family suites are separated from the main hotel. It was quiet and peaceful all night. 10/10 recommend this hotel!"

"We have been here twice and it is a great National Park facility. Rooms were clean. This is a bit rustic. TV cable had only 9 channels and no phones in rooms. Views were limited as trees blocked views from rooms. Food was OK but menu was very limited and it seemed that a few more staff may have improved speed of service. We still recommend this location but you need to be prepared for this location. Big Meadows is also another location a bit further along the drive. Slightly different food menu but power was out when we stopped by. Seems like a nice facility too."
