"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "We were warmly greeted at check-in, and room was upgraded for our anniversary. Room was spacious, comfortable and soothing. Lovely bathroom with wide shower. Staff were super friendly and happy to help throughout our stay. Tasty breakfasts and reasonably priced, nice outdoor area too. All in all, our anniversary was made very special by the LGBT friendly staff and the facilities at the Railway. Thank you for a great stay, and shoutout to the wonderful team!"

"Excellent resort, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment, very spacious, well equipped and on the ground floor we benenfitted from sliding doors and some outdoor space. We are at the restaurant on three occasions, afternoon tea, which was excellent, evening meal, which was delicious, and breakfast. The latter was buffet style, reasonable choice, have had better but it was by no means bad, though the bar was set pretty high with the other meals. The pool and sauna were excellent, the gym was huge, would highly recommend"
