"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. "It is ideally located in centre of town, a park across the road and river that runs by the apartment. The church bells rang on Sunday morning at 11am which was nice. The downside for some would be the noise from the road and bar downstairs but the convenience of being in town centre means there would be some noise so we did not mind. There is 20 mins parking outside in layby by baths or 2 hours across small park to unload then car park has ability to pay 24 hours at a time on phone. It has good...

"It was a lovely, relaxing stay at the Mercure Walton hotel. Staff was friendly. It was very clean. The room was very nice, although bed was a hard. The breakfast buffet was great. The dinner menu is quite basic, but is food was tasty. There are details that could do with improvements and updates, but all in all a lovely stay and good value for money. The hotel is well located for Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick. "
