"Beautiful monastery restored! Lovely breakfast included, great bar and restaurant, and lovely to eat and sip in the courtyard. I wasn’t aware when I booked it that it was at the top of the hill… hard to determine on a two-dimensional map! But what a treat to discover it! Easy 5 min walk to the Roman amphitheater, and another 5 min to the Basilica and the funicular to take you down to the old, lively city center.
It was very hot while we were there and the A/C (like many European hotels) was not very powerful. But overall a wonderful experience. "

"Hôtel très confortable et très accueillant. Bonne restauration (petit dej et repas du soir). Très bien situé près de la gare, très calme et entouré de verdure, idéal pour pour une halte tranquille."

"The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings.
The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix"
