"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). Good car parking available and a pleasant stroll to the Port through the golf course and lake. However, there are several important areas requiring improvement: - Air conditioning does not exist. We had to leave the door and windows fully open at night which is unfair. While air con may be expensive to install, P&V should...

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

A l arrivĂ©e on joue l honnĂȘtetĂ© en indiquant que nous avons un chien et la on nous annonce une somme de vingt cinq euros par nuit pour le nettoyage due au chien . Le chien coĂ»te plus cher que l adulte alors qu il ne consommera qu un litre d eau par jour . Honteux de se faire de l argent sur les animaux. Soyez malhonnĂȘte et ne dites pas que vous avez un animal ."

"When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"
