O Hotéis.com não tem contrato com o Hostel.
Os proprietarios não reconheceram a reserva. Falaram que não tinham contrato com a Hotéis.com e tivemos que pagar novamente. Assim que retornarmos ao Brasil vamos pedir ressarcimento. Foi uma situação muito desagradável.

this has been caused by an administrative mistake. We are very sorry, for any inconvenience caused. This clients have been accommodated in an upgraded room for no extra charge. Has been refunded the amount paid. The client has assured me he has enjoyed his stay...very surprised about his rating...
