"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

"Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Konnten unsere Sachen an der Rezeption über Nacht zum kühlen geben, da unser Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank hatte. Leider gab es keine Lüftung im Bad und auch keine Toilettenbürste."
