"We stayed in Vierzon twice as we were transitting through the area. Our first room was older, but clean with comfortable bedding and a lovely view over the canal. They next room was wonderfully renovated with a bath to soak in.
All the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant has recently reopened- "
"From check in to check out staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and comfortable with a pleasant lounge and dining room Our room was large with a big bathroom and separate loo, the bed was comfortable with crisp clean linen We particularly enjoyed using the balcony We enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant Thank you Hotel Le Parc We will be back next trip"
"We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here.... "
