People were friendly and the hotel was clean. The heating/air seemed faulty. It was sticky overnight but still sleepable.

Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place
Everything was clean, staff was awesome. Complimentary food was good, but other food and beverages were quite expensive, but I guess that’s to be expected. My only gripe is that the pool area was too loud and echoed a lot. But overall it was a great experience and we will be returning.

Everything was great except the place needs new carpet. The building would look great except that the dismal carpet condition ruins the ambience.
