Spacious property with far more rooms than expected. Everything was spotless and well‑maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. On‑site parking is very expensive, so we parked on a nearby street. Easy to find a spot and a short walk back to the hotel. Overall a clean, comfortable one night stay.

Amazing staff, great service, very clean and well kept. Just be aware there’s no bathroom door and the washroom and toilet share the same sliding door. At the time of my stay April 2025 there’s active construction in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance.

Our stay

The hotel was fine, but we expected parking lot at the hotel (because we specifically searched for that) and when we got there there was no hotel parking lot and we had to park in a public parking lot and pay for that seperately. The lady at the check-in was not very friendly, but other members of staff were nice. Better breakfast than I expected. Also, we wondered who came up with the idea to put matt glass door on the toilet? Like, you can still see through it 🙃 But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good value and service

Good location for budget hotel - and excellent transport links. Hard to find though as there is major construction underway all around, and so don’t trust your online maps, and more signage would be helpful. (I can see the door, just can’t get to it) Hotel staff super-helpful and friendly, although there were issues with the booking from Hotels-com not on systems. Breakfast is pretty limited choice but sufficient. Room is basic but comfortable, good bathroom and shower, and clean.

Good comfort and great start of day.

Great hotel. The beds and linnen where god quality and great comfort. I must higligth the shower, there is a hans grohe shower with good preasure on the water, and no "eco" feeling. The result of this is that you can shower efficient in minutes, no need for 40 minutes shower.. 👍 Also the breakfast was spot on for me, with good cheese, freshly baked crisp bread, and superb coffie i was happy. A little negative thing was that the entrance was har to find due to construction work, but that will pass..

Stayed only one brief night, thank goodness. Minimalist bathroom, with toilet open for all to hear. You win a prize if you find the building, tucked behind a block on new building construction. Shower door did not stop water from wandering to toilet and bath counter areas. Had to get night clerk to bring more thin towels and when neither a/c did not work, even the fan, she nicely brought an oscillating desk fan.

Housekeeping forgot to clear the trash in my room. The place is next to a construction site, have to make a detour. In the future it might look better. There was no free parking as indicated. But since the surrounding is still under construction, well hopefully there will be. Everything is brand new so it’s was pleasant. Bear in mind that the bathroom has only 1 sliding door. So you close either the shower side, or the toilet side.

I stayed at this accommodation for four nights for the conference at the University of Lausanne. The accommodation was located close to the Crochy m1 light railway station and walking distance to the Renens VD railway station. The accommodation provided the lovely instructions to get to the place – that was a nice touch. Unfortunately there were constructions were everywhere! Also the place is in the residential area. Some residential areas have some restaurants, shops and so on, but everything had to be done at Lausanne. Overall, I was very disappointed. I don’t know why the check-in process took so long even though there was no one else waiting behind me at the reception. The room was small and the thin floor resulted hearing people walking very loud, dropping things to the floor or other activities within their room. This was very irritating! The breakfast – I have nothing to say. Very disappointed. They don’t even have choices of hot food. No food services at this place. Only provided few drinks and snacks. I felt somewhat annoying that there were no ironing board and ironing in the room. So I had to ask at the reception and bring it back and forth between the reception and the room. Could have set up on the ground floor, but I decided to do it in the room even though the room was small. The only thing I liked was the bedding and the modern design. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Obwohl wir für 2 Personen gebucht und bezahlt haben. Nur ein Kissen, eine Bettdecke, ein Duschtuch. Am 1. Abend reklamiert, ein 2. Kissen bekommen, gesagt am nächsten Morgen kann man etwas machen.. Am nächsten Morgen reklamiert, versprochen im Lauf des Tages das in Ordnung zu bringen. Nichts ist passiert. Kein Platz im Bad um Necessair abzustellen oder aufzuhängen. Nichts um Duschtuch aufzuhängen. Kein Kleiderschrank. Nie wieder!!!
