The carpet in the rooms looks old. The water in the shower doesnā€™t go down like it should breakfast was great The room was clean The staff was very nice.

Lovely clean spacious room with all the facilities we required. We did use the pool while at the hotel and thought it was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was tasty and plenty of choice. We didnā€™t have an evening meal so canā€™t comment on main meals. Overall excellent value hotel and I would have no hesitation in booking again if Iā€™m ever in Chaves.

The lovely lady at reception said i should park my motorbike just outside reception between the plant pots, as reception was 24hr and it was on camera. Breakfast was lovely. Only struggle i had was no Netflix prime or YouTube on the TV and screen mirror just didn't work. Easy walk to bars and restaurants

Property is nice, but style is somewhat dated. I was getting a 2010 vibe. Just passing through Chaves, stayed for one night. Room was clean and we didn't have any issues. Only had interaction with front desk staff for check-in/out, and they were nice. Outside was a bit noisy at night, the property is right in front of a roundabout.

Good hotel with nice facilities (parking, pool), close to city center / historic area, we could park at the hotel parking area. We were not able to use the pool but it was available and free to use. Nice and clean room, courtesy bottled water, nice for a short stay. The only improvements we'd say is taking care of the parking area, a bit run down. Also small details on hotel maintenance: room nr. on doors, TV service shut down for several minutes, etc. All the rest, it's a nice hotel with good value vs money.

O hotel estĆ” em restauraĆ§Ć£o hĆ” muitos anos. Este restauro Ć© um processo agonizante. Os acessos ao hotel e a entrada nĆ£o tiveram prioridade, pelo que temos um piso pouco seguro, jĆ” lĆ” caĆ­mos, e nada bonito. O quarto estava frio e nĆ£o conseguimos aquecĆŖ-lo. Acabamos por nĆ£o dormir. TambĆ©m a sala do pequeno almoƧo estava mais fria que o resto do hotel. Ɖ preciso mais atenĆ§Ć£o ao conforto.

Quarto com decoraĆ§Ć£o nula, anos 90. Janela super suja, parecia nĆ£o ser limpa hĆ” anos. Durante a noite a chiadeira do vento era tanta que se acordava. Entrava frio tambĆ©m. Ar condicionado regulado centralmente sem possibilidade de ajuste. Casa de banho limpa e ok. Produtos disponĆ­veis mĆ­nimos. Pequeno almoƧo muito muito pobre numa Ć”rea comum pĆ©ssima, sem decoraĆ§Ć£o, pior que uma cantina comunitĆ”ria. Decepcionante. Dos piores de chaves e dos mais caros.
