"The room was okay. We booked a suite but didn't get one even though we paid for it. Room had very dirty carpet and floors but staff was nice."

"The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. One of two elevators were broken down, broken ice machines on multiple floors, juice machine out of order and no juice available in cooler, shortage of towels due to laundry staff shortage, shortage of shampoo and soap,"
