"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). Nearest paid public parking is the train station a 15 minute walk away. I was escorted there by the police after I paid the ticket. Hotel parking was apparently full. Also the front desk staff demanded a voucher for my reservation which was nowhere to be found on my Expedia reservation. On the plus side the room was not bad (but no bathtub as shown in the room pictured). Breakfast was good with very good service. I like this place but I am hard pressed to stay there again because of the reception I received from the front desk staff and the location with limited parking. Recommend if you stay there contact the hotel ahead of your stay to inquire about hotel parking and the voucher they are giving for."

"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

"The hotel was very nice place! Diana helped us with a fan, the hotel is great but no AC. There room was fantastic. Very clean, wich is very important. "

"The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! I would especially like to mention the manager Jiri (George), who was exceptionally nice! There however are some things that I must mention, that should be noted. First of all, there is no air conditioning at this hotel and when it’s a hot day, the room is extremely hot at night! It was very uncomfortable! They did change our room on the second night, because our first room was just above the spa, which made it worse. However, even when moved away from the spa, it was still very hot in the room! The second thing that I felt was not good, was the charge for parking. There is nothing around i.e. businesses or houses, they have their own parking lot with plenty of parking, so I found it to be rather “cheap” of them! Especially considering how expensive the hotel is!! I just felt it was in poor taste to charge for it!"
