"I was so pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel. I am a house cleaner and am incredibly hard to pleas when it comes to cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every single day. There was a tiny fridge, microwave and Keurig. The bed was comfy with 4 HUGE pillows. The hotel was full but very quiet. Walking distance to everything you could need and free parking. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The hotel is very central, 2-3 minutes walk to CF Rideau Centre. It is at walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Tons of food and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly. Good room service. The large pool was a plus. We'll definitely prefer to stay here again when visiting Ottawa. "
