A Hotel with Great Staff & Great Character

Becky & Ellie were excellent members of staff and both were warm, welcoming and chatty which we liked. I would definitely stay there again. Some maintenance is needed, with that said, the hotel has character and we all liked it.

Stay here when in Cheltenham. Bed is comfortable Shower great No frills Gym access to a proper gym Breakfast is super(didnt like the sausage)
