Worst stay so far from our England vacation. Apartment is old, not updated. Beds are TERRIBLE. you feel metal springs in your back. Bathrooms didn’t even have TP holder. Stained toilets. Found a big spider in one room. Extra rollaway bed but no sheets or blanket provided. Needs updating and cleaning. Would NOT stay again.

It is a ok apartment for the value. We stayed in the same Cheltenham last Christmas and it was great compared this apartment. Heat was not working. I would consider this as my last option if I’m visiting Cheltenham again.

An adequate apartment but needs investment

The Colesium needs an upgrade. The property has a lot of potential but is lacking investment. I would not want to stay at the apartment for more than 1 night. My biggest concern was the general cleanliness of the apartment … there was a bogey on the kitchen wall (gross), the cups/glasses were stuck to the cupboard, a long black hair in the shower, and a sand-like feeling in two of the beds. We had to take the sheets off the bed and shake them to get the debris off the sheets. And whilst the apartment owners cannot control the nighttime noise level, we had drunk people shouting and generally being rowdy between 12-2am! The surrounding area is not great. On the plus side, the property management company were diligent and called ahead with the dial pad codes and made the check-in process very easy and convenient. Nice work - as I know from experience some companies are not this well accommodating.

Comfy and roomy

The accommodation was really good - over 2 floors, loads of space, easy walking distance to the centre and all main attractions. My only grumble was that the doors for the parking they offer in the building itself didn't open, so I had to park at John Lewis for £14 instead. Turned out that was quiet a good move, because you need to check out by 11.00, so if you're planning to stick around in Cheltenham the following day, you'd have to re-park in any case.
