"Disappointed "

"Breakfast was good. Sad that the pool wasn’t working when we were there. Elevators were quick getting to the floor. Halls were quiet though there were a ton of people there. Unfortunately all of the doors but the main door were broken which led to having to park unsafely closest to the front door."

"The room's temperature was difficult to regulate. It appeared that even though the heat was on, the unit was blowing cold air. Guests during the stay were very loud without any consequences. During the last night of our stay, someone set the fire alarm off around 4am. The shuttle remained parked at the entrance during the entire partially blocking the main method to get to the parking lot. The food options were limited but that may have been due to the weekend. "

"Stayed 4 days, and there was no room service at all during our stay. The bathroom is decent, but the shower and sink clogged very quickly. When we asked for toilet paper, we were charged extra for a roll—something I’ve never experienced at lower-star hotels. The fridge leaked on the first day, and because it’s tightly fitted against the wall, we had to clean it ourselves. The fridge container door was already broken when we arrived. Floors were not properly cleaned; the area under the bed still had debris that needed to be swept. We unfortunately had to use DoorDash for most meals and left 3 bags of trash (checked in the morning for room service staff, but didn’t see anyone). Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3/10—only because parking is available and there are convenience stores nearby. If you stay here, make sure to take photos, as refunds may not be given."
