"We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues.
The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any.
Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice.

The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it.
