"Parking garage is nice. Hotel is clean and conference center is adequate. Only thing is both elevators were not working when I stayed and a convention was in town. Had to go outside to the stairwell which was not convenient in the rain. The food menu could use an update but the wait/bar staff was friendly. All in all, it would have been your typical Holiday Inn if all the elevators would have been working.

"AJ charged me $20 for a non-smoking room only for it to have been smoked in. They dont show that theres a refrigerator right next to the bed. The latch that keeps the door closed is broken off. Stains on the sheets and shower curtain."
