Excellent hotel location, clean and comfy bedding Toilet a bit just a bit smelly. otherwise looks clean. well kept. Staff really helpful. Airport bus driver could be more helpful when it comes to unloading multiple big luggage. i dont understand why he cannot help. we had tip ready for him. other countries the driver helps.

Good services and good breakfast

I have stayed in several hotels near the Chengdu airport before, this is by far the nicest and closest. You can see the hotel across from the airport. However there is no pedestrian crossing to the hotel over a very busy airport road. Call the hotel to pick you up instead 028-6787-9081. The people working at the hotel are very nice , from the front desk down to the housekeeping staff. Breakfast buffet is one of the best for short stay , lots of selections, chinese and western, including an espresso machine that actually turns out good coffee.

成田の夜発で深夜着でしたが、国際線のターミナル１の出口１を出て右へ数分進み、国内線のターミナル２が見えてきたら、左手の道路を渡った向かいに見えるのがホテルです。徒歩５分。すごく近いです。（ホテルの前に広い芝生の広場があり、そこを超えていきました。） 百度地図では、ターミナル２の中にあるように見えますが、実際は道路と広場を渡った向かいです。 中国語名は「成都空港大酒店」なのに、私が「成都机場大酒店」のはずだと勘違いして百度で探して見つからず焦りました。。。

good location for going airport

Because of the early flight, I stayed one nights. I got the shuttle bus from the airport easy they came so first, after I called. You must take care that there are no any store and restaurants near by hotel.

安心して泊まれます

トランジットで泊まりました。3回目です。 今回は、フリーでかけられる電話番号が分からず、送迎のバスが呼べませんでした。それで、一人が空港で待って、もう一人が歩いてホテルにバスを呼びに行きました。そしたら、ホテルマンが一緒に空港の中まで付いてきてくれて、荷物を運んでくれました。部屋は禁煙が選べ清潔でしたが、お風呂がカビ臭かったのが少し残念でした。朝食は美味しかったですし、ゆっくり休むことができたので、満足しています。

If only one night

Was a nice hotel, but... No choice of smoking vs. non-smoking. Room windows are left open when the room in not occupied, so it stunk to high heaven from the smog. Closing windows allowed the air to cool the room, but it was already damp making the room feel like a clam shell. I wouldn't want to stay more than a night before leaving town early. Everything I had smelled like this room when I got home. Staff was great, but they can't fix a nasty room.

Al principio cuando llegamos al hotel a las 10:30 pm ,nunca encontraron nuestra reservacion ,eso nos frustró mucho e hicimos una llamada a hotel.com , pero la gente de recepción no hablaban inglés, se le llamó al manejados y los de hotel.com nos comentaron que no podían hacer nada , solo buscar otro lugar para esa noche . Al final él manejados con toda la condición nos proporcionó una suite , con el mismo precio , la cual estaba hermosa . Todo estuvo bien , solo el inconveniente de la reservacion .
