I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. When I first arrived I found my room very hot and after raising the issue with the hotel, they changed my room for me. Isaac was incredibly helpful and accommodating, impeccable customer service! The hotel breakfast was also exceptional, perhaps the best I’ve had on my travels around China so far!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for children. The staff was kind to give takeaway boxes for leftover kids food. Only thing, we found our room a bit dates, but as we were out on tours on 2 days we didn't mind. The bed were super comfy to sleep
