Very outdated property. Rooms very old, smells like cigarette smoke. Definitely not worth 5 stars, max 4 stars. Very surprised St. Regis keeps this hotel under their brand name. Staff friendly but little English.

Excellent experience with fantastic service!

Our experience at St Regis Chengdu was fabulous! Butler service was a great experience. We had hot beverages served to our room every night upon request. Special commendation to the concierge, Alan. He helped us book tickets to the museum and coordinated our luggage transfer from Chengdu to Shanghai. He went beyond to facilitate the inspection of our luggage contents and even recorded the whole process at our request and shared with us via WeChat! This gave us peace of mind to continue with our travel itinerary. We strongly recommend him for a Service Excellence Award! We would say that St Regis has really lived up to its name and even exceeded our expectations!
