Suite à ma réservation pour faire une surprise à ma conjointe, j’ai eu la désagréable nouvelle de découvrir que le jacuzzi de la terrasse était vide. Nous avons essayé de communiquer pour arranger la situation avec la réception et d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais aucun geste de remboursement n’a été effectué de leur part. Aucune aide de expédia non plus.
