Enjoyed our stay here through and through. Laundry and gym facilities were great and just wanna give a special shout out to to Romeo and Li Jiao for meticulously helping us to check and compare Didi prices for our ride to the airport. Romeo even woke up outside of his shift hours to receive us at the lobby to ensure that we hop on our ride. Excellent service standard.

Loved our stay here, it’s located upstairs so caution going up and down the correct elevators but the signage and address is very accurate. The most amazing free breakfast buffet- they have a huge selection and can make you fresh noodles on the spot! Amazing service and hospitality. Very clean and efficient check in and out. The no smoking rooms actually smell like no smoke !! (Hard to find). Very cute lobby decor. Theres even a robot who brings up your room food delivery which was so cute~

The room was spacious and clean and had great amenities. Staff are friendly. I didn’t find the location very convenient to get around though. The automated toilet was also very annoying to use and I had to turn it off everytime I used it.

Clean room. They advertise bar in the hotel, and all the time was closed. They advertised minibar in the room, and only water available. No english at all from any employees, one of the employees was rude all the time.

The reception staff was tremendous! Friendly and helpful. Nice amenity of free laundry- but only two washers and dryers. The hotel is very hard to find. The address on American booking sites is incorrect. The breakfast was average at best- everything cold when it should be hot. The halls smelled of smoke and people smoking in the rooms. There seemed to be some nice outdoor seating areas/ but it was pouring so couldn’t experience….

Not as great as we imagined. It’s inside a huge building with 6 or more hotels (that honestly looked way better than this one) The lobby is really small and weird, the breakfast is really bad and the room doesn’t make a lot of sense. Don’t stay here if you have big luggage. The staff is really nice and the location is amazing. But honestly there are way better options around.
