I never experienced a clean room, kind staff and well organized hotel, it happened in Rain Tree. It was such a pleasure staying in Rain Tree. Here after I will stay only in Rain Tree and will recommend to my friends’ circle. The drivers Cyril and other person who brought me to the airport and to the hotel were amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Hotel has 3 very nice restaurants and the rooftop restaurant for dinner is a must, the Chennai skyline is gorgeous from up there and the live music was great. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet - ton of variety. And staff was fantastic, they were extremely accommodating! St. Mary’s road is a very pleasant part of Chennai. Would absolutely stay again.

Internet did not work for 90% of our stay. The couple of times it did work, it was extremely slow. Their rooftop restaurant was blocked for some party the 2 times we tried to eat there. They have no 24 hour restaurant. So no food outside of their limited hours. Gym is not 24 hours which is inconvenient for international travelers to stick to a routine. Their pool was pretty dirty and had lots of men in there most of the time. Too small of a pool. Staff were very nice and polite. They cleaned the room whenever we had requested.
