It's a nice and well maintained property. .with restaurants well accessible and great room service,very fast. The rooms are also clean and comfy. Bed is very soft and nice pillows, overall I had a good experience staying here.

A touch of luxury!

The suite was amazing! Very spacious with a nice views over the adjacent lake. The bed was unbelievable soft and comfortable. The included buffet breakfast was very extensive, with a wide range of southern Indian dishes, but also western-style fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, cake, toast, jam, pancakes, omlette, and many others. The swimming pool on the roof terrace was large and clean and a real bonus.

Nice hotel. Underrated.Dont miss it.

We found ourself delayed in the city and looking for a last minute stay. The Zone was an excellent choice. Very friendly staff. Room was immaculately clean. Great amenities and service for the price. Map was a little off in navigation. But once you find it, there isn't a problem. What I really appreciated was the nice lobby music, cold air conditioning, and friendly staff. They even held our bags for us while visited the city waiting on our flight. Not too far from the airport. We'd definitely book again if we visit Chennai.

The room is nicely set up with sitting area and beds separate but not with a door separator. The restaurant is good and quite affordable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Water bottles daily. Spa is available for inexpensive massage. Negatives are: one key per room and needs to stay in slot to keep lights on. There was construction including jack hammer during the day above our room. Water throttles hot occasionally but predictable by flow. Suitable for westerner. I would stay again.

The room condition is quite misleading compared to the pictures that they've clearly edited. Staff - there was just one staff - the receptionist. I took my own bag and found my own way to the room. This would've been fine for another hotel, but not for one which charges Rs 4800 (including taxes)

Worst experience with hotel.com & its partner hote

Hotel charged me extra 900 INR saying it's Hotels.com charges. While booking hotel.com never told me for this charges. Their pool was not working from week, then why they are charging for full room services, whan its not there. I paid 1000 extra for this hotel to use pool. Hotel.com is a non-reliable booking site.
