"Make to use a CREDIT CARD for the check-in. I got the room thru Expedia app with a debit card. Got to the property FOR check-in, that SAME debit wasn't good for a hold, even though they weren't taking any money off the card. Luckily I had a c. card in my car. There is no breakfast available here. No coffeemaker or ice bucket in the room. They had a kitchen. You would have to order the "utensils" from customer service. Free parking."

"As someone who has worked in luxury hotels before, I can say that my stay was INCREDIBLE. The Signature Suite was luxurious, clean, and comfortable. It’s all the little details that made our stay so extraordinary. The staff in particular were FANTASTIC. Houssem, Phil, and Rajin were particularly amazing, providing the highest level of service and making us feel right at home. Honestly, those employees alone made this stay a perfect 10/10. The food was fantastic, service impeccable, and the hotel provided a level of comfort I haven’t received from any other stay in recent memory. I will certainly be staying here again and could not recommend this hotel more highly."

"I have mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the hotel staff were fantastic—extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Their great hospitality was definitely the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the room itself made it very difficult to get a good night’s rest: Pillows: The pillows were really bad quality—extremely hard, stiff, and uncomfortable, offering no real comfort for sleeping. AC Unit: The air conditioner fan was exceedingly loud, cycling on and off with a harsh rattle that repeatedly woke me up. Street Noise: The room lacked proper soundproofing, so street noise from outside filtered right through the windows throughout the night."
