"My shower did not work. I could not take a shower. I called the front desk and talked with staff in person. No one came up with a solution to address me not being able to take a shower. Very upsetting. I left on my 3 drive without taking a shower. Thank goodness I was able to take a shower when I reached my destination."

"They have a full breakfast that is wonderful.The staff members were very nice and helpful. Our room had a kitchen with eating area plus living area with couch. The room was spotless and comfortable. We will return again."

"We checked in around 9:30 pm and Danielle at the front desk was wonderful. The room was clean but it had a smell of a strong cleaner. Maybe consider some better room deodorizer. "

"Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in, Tv would not work, unpainted patches in the drywall throughout room, no mirror in bathroom, rusted toilet paper holder, trash around the grounds, etc. Terrible property all around. Would not recommend to anyone and should not be offered by Hotels.com. "

"First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's what these big hotel chains are going for. Breakfast was just okay... Now, here is what I liked. Clean room, clean bathroom. At night they serve snacks and there is a nice carafe of cold lemon water in the lobby. The shower had great water pressure which is very helpful after a long stressful drive. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall my family and I were happy with our one-night stay and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for those little things I listed in the beginning. I would stay here again in the future if I happen to be in the area."

"Every staff person that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The evening "snack" and breakfast were delicious and plentiful! We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great stay! Will look forward to staying at a Drury Hotel again soon!"
